CANCELLATION POLICY
Card details are required to book an appointment, you will not be charged at the point of booking, but the details will be held in case of a late cancellation or 'no show'.
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 48 hours notice or you will be charged 50% of the booking due to the inability to fill the appointment on the day. A 'no show' with 0 attempt to contact me will result in 100% of the booking being charged.
If 2 or more appointments are missed/cancelled, payment will be due in full to make an appointment in future. Missing appointments, no-calls/no-shows can also result in automatic refusal of future services.
RUDE/ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR POLICY
Zero tolerance policy towards rude or abusive behaviour. If I as the owner and professional am not met with the same respect and kindness that I give to you the client, I have the right to permanently refuse services and cease the business/client relationship.
